Upcoming Protests Against Torture & Drones

Thursday, March 28, 11am-1pm
Solidarity Action with the Prisoners of Guantanamo
Shut down Guantanamo! Support the Guantanamo Hunger Strikers!

Guantanamo prisoners are on hunger strike and Witness Against Torture has called for actions to denounce the barbaric practice of torture and indefinite detention and to demand justice for the men at Guantanamo. Activists around the world are responding. Some are fasting in solidarity. Some are holding vigils, programs, and actions.

World Can't Wait-Hawai`i urges you to be part of an action on the Halekauwila steps of the Federal Building from 11-1pm. Some will wear orange "jumpsuits". There will be signs, banners and information.
Where is the world to save us from torture?
Where is the world to save us from the fire and the darkness?
Where is the world to save the hunger strikers?
